An appointment would allow you to be served upon arrival at the clinic, so as to avoid lengthy waiting times. Walk-ins are possible, but not recommended. Your time is as precious as ours!

A doctor’s referral is not obligatory for a physiotherapy session. However, if you would like to claim for your treatment session(s), please find out from your insurer/agent whether or not a medical referral would be required as part of the claim process.

An initial consultation typically takes 60 minutes. A thorough assessment will be performed to better understand and discuss your problem/injury, rehabilitation needs and recovery goals.

Please bring your physiotherapy referral form and/or relevant medical documents (if applicable).
Do come dressed in something comfortable (i.e. T-shirt and shorts). Running shoes may be requested should our physiotherapist want to analyse your running.

Most treatments involve very little or no pain. However, where some pain is involved, our physiotherapists will work within your pain thresholds while still maintaining the goal of healing and functional restoration.
