Visited the clinic after pulling my hamstring when playing pickleball. Was attended by Chynne, who helped to relieve the pain and recommended several stretching exercises to aid recovery. Grateful that the treatment worked and that I was able to make a full recovery within a month. Was also indebted to her for her guidance on how to remain active, which allowed me to complete the ocbc round island cycling event even while receiving treatment. Two thumbs up!

Visited TJ because I had long standing issues with my neck and shoulders. Visited other physios before and also did acupuncture but the tightness always came back… TJ really helped to diagnose my postural issues and teach me how to better manage my tightness.

I would highly recommend visiting this clinic if you have long standing issues/tightness that is affecting your daily life.

I was having tightness in my left shoulder and neck for the longest time and finally it got better after understanding the root cause of the issues.

Went for physio for different issues (posture, ankle, calf) with different physiotherapists (TJ, Kira (no longer working here) and Chynne).

I love how friendly and approachable their physiotherapists are and they always gave helpful exercises and tips to help improve my issues after the treatment.

Their receptionists are also quite friendly and approachable.

They also assess very holistically so they will try and solve the root cause of the issue as well. I always see good, visible results after seeing them and would recommend The Movement Laboratory to my friends~

I have been coming to Movement Lab at a friend’s recommendation. Silvester has helped my stiff neck but also sorted a number of other related injuries. He also helped with post op rehab. Silvester is thorough and listened to all my concerns, physical as well as other issues and came up with a holistic and intentional approach to healing. I would recommend his care unreservedly.

Chynne was professional and helped with accurate diagnosis and comfortable session to ease my neck tightness and pain, and sped up my post neck sprain recovery! She was patient and meticulous in the diagnosis and identified the root cause well, and provided useful exercises to strengthen the relevant areas:) Recommend!
I’ve been seeing Silvester at The Movement Laboratory (Movement Lab) for physiotherapy and highly recommend him.

I originally went to Movement Lab because I was experiencing lower back pain and was also concerned about my posture leading up to my wedding. Silvester took the time to do a very careful assessment and explained something that no one else had pointed out before — that what I thought was structural scoliosis was actually largely muscular and posture-related, which meant it could be improved with the right physiotherapy approach.

With the treatment and exercises he recommended, my posture improved over time. My back isn’t perfectly straight of course, but the improvement was noticeable enough that it looked much straighter in my wedding photos, which meant a lot to me.

What I really value about Silvester is that he takes a long-term approach to physiotherapy rather than just fixing one injury. I’m fairly active and occasionally deal with lower back pain, shoulder tightness, or sports-related aches, and he has helped me address each issue as it comes up.

These days I go back to The Movement Laboratory about once a month for maintenance physiotherapy, because I trust Silvester to help keep my body functioning well as I get older.

If you’re looking for a knowledgeable and trustworthy physiotherapist, I would strongly recommend Silvester at Movement Lab.

TJ is my favorite physiotherapist in Singapore, I have been with her for about 6months to treat my groin injuries due to the intense marathon training, I gradually picked up the training in month 2-3 and I continued the sessions with her to make sure my forms are in check.
I really love her holistic physiotherapy approach to support the patient back to active life styles. I have been learning so much from her
1 detailed oriented observations , and the first session with her , she was helping me to visualize my imbalances that I have been ignoring for so long, but once you see it, you can’t unsee, the first step to change is to acknowledge it.
2 encourage the patient to work on strengthening the weak areas , our body is smart , we need learn to wisely activate the right muscles to support ourselves
3 her physiotherapy treatment is not limited within the clinic itself , she always encourage the patient to take care of the recovery, such as we shall not just exercises but also improve the quality of sleep and other recovery methods.
All in all, you will find out that she supported the patient bridges the mind with the body and take proactive actions to take care of ourselves.
Through her I started to know more about what a good physiotherapist shall look like , she is always the top choice of mine.
