I had time to kill while waiting for the food to digest. It had been so long since I last exercised that I had to rummage through the shoe cabinet for my running shoes.
After a long period of not exercising, I decided that I could start with simple aerobic exercise – jogging! It doesn’t require me to prepare anything, apart from proper covered shoes. I finally was able to make use of the new leggings I bought on a whim.
