PAIN PAIN GO AWAY…
We will strive to help your body move the way it’s meant to: Pain-free!
Yes, that’s what we want for you! And yes, we’ve heard about “no pain, no gain”, but that is a different type of pain. If you’re here, you’re probably experiencing the kind of pain no one deserves to live with day in, day out. And we’re here to save the day!
We don’t want that. Using a holistic, 3D-approach, we aim to provide you with immediate relief while identifying the true sources of your problem(s).
Balance is the key when it comes to the human body. Our poor habits, lifestyle choices, and injuries affect our body’s ability to move freely, causing unwanted pain.
We will help you regain balance within your body, eliminating pain long term so they don’t come back again!

Zoe attained her Bachelor’s Degree (with Honours) in Physiotherapy from Trinity College Dublin. Prior to joining The Movement Laboratory, Zoe was in both the public and private healthcare sector honing her skills as a physiotherapist, rotating through many inpatient and outpatient settings ranging from Orthopaedics, Intensive Care Unit, General Medicine to Musculoskeletal units.
Zoe has continued to participate in a variety of courses to improve and expand her clinical skill sets to be a more effective clinician. She is currently pursuing a clinical doctorate with University of Montana.
When it comes to patient care, Zoe believes in the active participation of her patients in providing holistic care. Instead of merely alleviating pain, she aims to educate her patients to understand the root causes of their pain. Zoe also seeks to understand your functional demands and needs and works hard to help you achieve your goals. She finds great joy partnering in her patient’s recovery as they achieve their goals.
In her free time, Zoe can be found sweating up a session on the tennis court, attending a variety of group fitness classes or spending time with her pets.

“Compared to any physiotherapists I’ve been to, TJ is probably the most invested in getting me to feel better. Taking all the time that’s needed to do the right work and recommending the best ways to get back in action. I wouldn’t have been able to continue leading an active lifestyle without her support.”
