Physiotherapists in Singapore Who Work With You Through Recovery
PAIN PAIN GO AWAY…
At The Movement Laboratory, we take a personalised and evidence-based approach to movement, focusing on purposeful techniques that support recovery and functional improvement. Our MOH-registered physiotherapists in Singapore work with individuals from various backgrounds to address pain, improve strength, and support overall mobility through tailored one-on-one sessions.
We will strive to help your body move the way it’s meant to: Pain-free!
Yes, that’s what we want for you! And yes, we’ve heard about “no pain, no gain”, but that is a different type of pain. If you’re here, you’re probably experiencing the kind of pain no one deserves to live with day in, day out. And we’re here to save the day!
We don’t want that. Using a holistic, 3D-approach, we aim to provide you with immediate relief while identifying the true sources of your problem(s).
Balance is the key when it comes to the human body. Our poor habits, lifestyle choices, and injuries affect our body’s ability to move freely, causing unwanted pain.
We will help you regain balance within your body, eliminating pain long term so they don’t come back again!

We take into account the realities of living and working in Singapore, from the climate to daily routines, so your treatment fits into everyday life.

“Compared to any physiotherapists I’ve been to, TJ is probably the most invested in getting me to feel better. Taking all the time that’s needed to do the right work and recommending the best ways to get back in action. I wouldn’t have been able to continue leading an active lifestyle without her support.”
