To start off, I aimed to clock in a kilometre of distance. Running through the shaded area, there weren’t many people around. It was the weekend and most people probably opted to sleep in instead of heading out. Going out in the morning had its perks, I was wide awake from a good 8 hours of sleep. Slowly but surely, I was making progress.
10 minutes had passed and I was already panting heavily. I guess staying sedentary for long was not good, even though I had done sufficient warm ups before running. The purple and pink hues of the sky was a sight to see. I guess waking up early has its perks!
