Time to refuel my energy!

I cracked two eggs into a bowl, whisking vigorously with a fork. The butter in the middle of the pan started to sizzle, a pleasant nutty flavor emanating from the kitchen. Pouring the egg mixture, I quickly swirled the pan around to ensure that it didn’t burn. Today’s after workout menu – a piece of whole meal toast with a side of eggs! It ensures that my protein gets replenished.
